The Salty Dog offers a half day program from 9-11:30 for 5-6 year olds. Skills and fun and games as well as some futsal soccer in the Freeman Center will supply plenty of fun for this age group.

STEVE SHAW
The Salty Dog camp is designed to instruct boys in individual skills, tactics and fundamentals of team play. Players will be grouped according to age and ability. Our goal is to satisfy and challenge the serious player and also the beginner while creating an atmosphere of fun competition for all.
We now you'll enjoy our special features and quality staff.
Director Steve Shaw has been a college coach for 18 years at William and Mary and Christopher Newport University. He has directed camps over 30 years. Coach Shaw's outreach programs to youth players have taken him to the inner city Africa and Latin America over the past 17 years. Please complete this registration form completely . Full payment of $100 for a half day, $165.00 for one camp date or $300.00 for both camp dates. Paypal is provided for quick ad easy online transactions. Cash is strongly discouraged on the day of registration. The fee is non refundable. Please enclose any special instructions or comments in the contact form. By filing out this form you agree to assume complete financial responsibility for any personal responsibility for any personal injury or property damage created as a result of an intentional or negligent act of my childs or word while he/she is enrolled at the Salty Dog Soccer Camp, while participating in any activities of the same. Salty Dog Soccer Camp has a liablilty insurance policy which will cover many instances of the above. An accidental sickness policy will cover each camper while he/she is participating in the program. Q: Why havent i received confrmation?
A: All confirmations are through email. Once payment is made through Paypal, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt.
Q; Where is the camp being held?
A; CNU Soccer Field
Q: Can't I get a refund if my child doesnt attend?
A: They're are only refunds for medical reasons. A doctors note must be sent in order to receive a full refund.
Q: Will there be an athletic trainer or medical personnal on staff?
A: Yes, a certified athletic trainer will be present during camp hours.
Q; What if there is inclement weather?
A: The camp will continue in the CNU Freeman Center.

Q: How do I apply for camp?
A: Simply visit "register" at the top of the web menu page
Players will meet every morning at 9:00 at the CNU Soccer Field. Take University Place off Warwick Blvd. and it takes you right to fields. Registration will also be there. Please pick up your child promptly at 2:30 unless other arrangements have been made.
